This item is the bandsaw beef cut on the edge of Sirloin, Ribeye and Rump. Sold at a cheap price because the thickness of the meat is uneven, but this does not change the quality of the steak. Can be quick grilled or cut lengthwise like shoestrings, dice or slices then quick stir fry with your favorite spices such as teriyaki, yakiniku, shabu2. Also suitable for quick curry. Sold per pack of 500 grams in vacuumed plastic bag, a mixture of Sirloin, Ribeye and or Rump from any brand / grade depending on existing stock (sorry, can't be chosen)
