Cheap Cuts

Most of our CHEAP CUTS are from the edge/side of meat whole cuts which are uneven thickness and weight are vary.

  1. Beef loin edge/side cuts :
    • Are all well-aged.
    • Perfect for quick grilled steak for sandwich, stirfry or satay/kebab (NOT recommended for stew).
    • This cut is as good as normal steak cut, the different is only the thickness is uneven because this cut is from the edge of its whole cut.
    • Economic price, half or even less than half price compare to its standard size steak.
    • This cut is limited in stock, normally we have new stock every Wednesday or Saturday the day when we cut the steak with bandsaw.
  2. Beef bones/ribs:
    • Great for beef stock or soup also perfect for dog/pet food as they are super cheap.
  3. Beef 85CL
    • This the cut of meat normally to be used for beef mince.
    • This is great for stew (long hours cook) for caserolle, curry, rendang, opor etc.
